A 42 inch 10 bore flintlock Brown Bess by Clark of London with a russet sighted barell engraved LONDON at the breech, plain tang, signed round the lock, figured 3/4 stock with apron around the barrel tang and numbered 62 in front of the tang on the butt plate. Regulation brass mounts including side plate numbered 62 and butt plate engraved ""NY"" probably for North York Militia and numbered 42. With sling loops and original iron ramrod.
Barrle Length - 116cm. Overall Length - 146cm.
** Provanance - Clark had a royal government for flintlock muskets.
